Writing Guidelines

Title

The title should be written in Cambria 14 font (Maximum 18 Words: in Indonesian).

The title must be clear and concise. Only the first letter of the title should be capitalized and should not be in bold. Authors' names and their affiliations should be written as indicated above. Authors' names must be written clearly without academic degrees. Heading numbering should follow an Arabic numeral system, with a maximum of three levels of subheadings.

Abstract

The abstract must be written in two languages, English and Indonesian, with a maximum of 250 words for the Indonesian version and 200 words for the English version, contained in a single paragraph. The abstract should be written in Cambria 11 font, single-spaced.

Keywords

Keywords should consist of 3–5 words, preferably subsets of the paper’s title, written in lowercase except for abbreviations, and separated by commas. [Cambria 11]

Example:
Keywords: Information System, Computing Technology, Data Mining, [maximum of 5 keywords]

Manuscript Structure

The article should include the following sections:

• Introduction: Background (including the reasons for conducting the research, research questions, brief references)

• Research Methods: Analysis, architecture, methods used to address the problem, implementation

• Results and Discussion

• Conclusion

• Acknowledgments (if any)

• References

Subheadings should be written in bold font.

Manuscript Length

Manuscripts should be written on A4-sized paper, with a minimum of 6 pages and a maximum of 15 pages, including tables and figures, and must follow the formatting instructions outlined in this writing guide.

Tables

Tables should be numbered sequentially according to their appearance (Table 1, etc.). The table title should be placed above the table and center justified. The font size should be 11pt for the table title and 8pt for the table contents. Tables must be cited and referenced in the text.

Figures

Figures should be numbered sequentially according to their appearance (Figure 1, etc.). The figure caption should be placed below the figure and center justified. The font size for figure captions should be 10pt. Figures must be cited and referenced in the text.

Page Specifications

Use Cambria font throughout the manuscript, with font sizes as exemplified in this writing guide. Line spacing should be single, and the manuscript text should be justified (left and right alignment). Page size is A4 (210 mm x 297 mm). Page margins are 25 mm on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right).

The easiest way to write a manuscript is by writing directly into the journal template.

References

References should follow the IEEE Referencing Standard. It is recommended to use referencing tools such as Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero. All references listed must be cited in the manuscript. A minimum of 15 primary and recent references is required.
